TIPS FOR PREMATURE EJACULATION

Part two of the exercise:

Part three of the exercise:
Try to force your penis to ejaculate standing up. When you can feel the flow of sperm, apply the squeezing to ensure that you are closing the opening of your penis. It means that the sperm will be held back. Please remark that the excercise is healthy for you even though it feels hard to do for the first time. If you are young, you might be able to hold back sperm and come inside of yourself up to many times during an intercourse. This makes you the ultimate lover. You can of course choose to let your sperm out if you feel like it. Still, its recommendable to save energy and keep the sperm inside of your body.
Some people might train this for a long time, others can apply it pretty fast.
